Brandon provided mechanical design and construction administration consulting services for approximately 3-4 years through completion as well as a 2020 chiller replacement. 

Systems Include:

  • Radiant floor primary heating

  • Forced-air supplemental heating and cooling via hydronic fan coil units

  • Full home humidification via forced-air system 

  • 2,250 MBH central condensing boiler plant serving space heating, spa heating, snowmelt, and domestic hot water heating

  • 30-ton air-cooled central chiller plant

  • DDC building automation system
