At ST+B, we believe that the success of our company is a direct result of the quality of our team and their ability to work together. That is why we focus on two key aspects when we look at our employees. That they have personal and professional goals which align with those of the company and that they have personalities which are a good fit for the culture of our company. To us, the success and professional growth of each individual is of the utmost importance. But at ST+B we work hard so we can play hard. It is not a coincidence that we founded our company in the mountains of Colorado. A place where the skiing can only be matched by the mountain biking, the climbing, the camping, the hunting, or whichever your chosen outdoor obsession(s) may be.
Who We Are
ST+B Engineering is a group of like-minded individuals focused on determining the Client's goals for each project and exceeding that client's expectations through thoughtful solutions.
ST+B Engineering was founded by Todd Spacek and Jacob Blevins in 2015 after years working for large design firms in the Midwest and West. In 2021, a new partnership was formed with Chris Isaacson to incorporate the Wyoming branch. With more than 65 years of combined experience, we came together with the belief that in consulting engineering, the satisfaction of the Client should be the number one priority for every job and every client, every time.
It is our belief that, in this industry, this solution-based process is the best way to succeed and that the only metric for measuring success is Client satisfaction resulting in Client retention.
ST+B has provided leadership spanning the entire project lifecycle from inception through implementation and operations. We carefully listen to our Clients and actively encourage their participation in the design process. We lead each project firmly and confidently, but listen carefully to each and every stakeholder with a sense of stewardship. We thrive in a highly transparent, collaborative atmosphere where all ideas are heard, respected, and constructively challenged when necessary.
