  • ST+B Engineering, a consulting Mechanical/Electrical/Technology engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (I/II) for our office in Genesee, Colorado, just 20 minutes from Denver.

    As a Mid/Entry-Level Electrical Engineer at ST+B Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will work closely with a team of engineers to solve complex technical problems and contribute to the success of our projects. This position offers a supportive environment for skill development and career growth.

    THIS POSITION INCLUDES

    ·    Primary design principles and electrical designs for a variety of facilities including commercial, healthcare, educational, government, and more.

    ·    Oversee production of project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection and application.

    ·    Provide peer review and QA/QC of staff engineer work.

    ·    Performs 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD work. 

    ·    Provide onsite observations and contract administration of design projects.

    ·    Attends Design meetings and/or OAC meetings as necessary.

    ·   Performs involved and detailed design requirements.

    ·   Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.

    ·   Accomplished in certain design areas, such as electrical room layout, load calculation, and one-line development.

    Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, photometric calculations, short circuit calculations, arc flash studies, equipment selection and application, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.

  • ST+B Engineering, a consulting Mechanical/Electrical/Technology engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of pertinant experience and a current Mechanical PE registration for our office in Genesee, Colorado, just 20 minutes from Denver.

    Sr. Engineers are assigned specific tasks on the project team and assign individual tasks to supporting staff production engineers; and are expected to use their education, experience, and common sense to resolve the engineering problems and tasks they are assigned and meet client expectations. Sr. Engineers are expected to delegate tasks and maintain project schedules.  The Senior Engineer shall exhibit leadership skills through their management of their projects, clients and their supporting team members.

    THIS POSITION INCLUDES

    ·    Primary design principles and responsible charge of mechanical designs for a variety of facilities including commercial, healthcare, educational, government, and more.

    ·    Oversee production of project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection and application.

    ·    Provide peer review and QA/QC of staff engineer work.

    ·    Performs limited 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD work. 

    ·    Provide onsite observations and contract administration of design projects.

    ·    Attends Design meetings and/or OAC meetings as necessary.

    ·    Participates in Fee Proposal Development. Manages project team workloads.

  • ST+B Engineering, a consulting Mechanical/Electrical/Technology engineering firm, is seeking an entry level Engineer who is interested pursuing a career in building systems design for our office in Genesee, Colorado, just 20 minutes from Denver.

    Engineers are assigned specific tasks on the project team, and are expected to use their education, experience, and common sense to resolve the engineering problems and tasks they are assigned and meet client expectations. Licensed Engineers will provide mentorship and professional development.

    This position includes:

    ·    Designing systems for a variety of facilities including commercial, healthcare, educational, government, and more.

    ·    Performs 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD work. 

    ·    Performs design task under PE supervision including system approach, equipment selection, utility room layouts, and interface/coordination with clients.

    ·    Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection and application under responsible charge.

    ·    Shadows on site observations and contract administration meetings as necessary for professional development.

    Knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus, and optimal candidates will have or are pursuing an EIT with a goal of eventual PE registration.  This is an excellent opportunity for long-term professional career growth and advancement.
